2. Services Provided
Lipedema Health provides educational and coaching services related to health navigation, including but not limited to:

·       Informational resources on insurance navigation.

·       1:1 coaching calls for guidance on claim processes.

·       Digital toolkits, templates, and support guides.

Our services do not constitute medical, legal, or insurance advice. We do not collect, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) and do not act on behalf of any patient in claim submission.

3. HIPAA Compliance & Data Security
We take data security seriously and utilize Microsoft 365 Business tools, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, configured for HIPAA compliance. However:

·       We do not request, collect, or store PHI.

·       Clients are responsible for managing their own medical and insurance documents.

·       Communications should be conducted via encrypted email or within secure Microsoft 365 platforms.

4. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

·       Maintain confidentiality of any shared login credentials or documents.

·       Only provide non-sensitive information when communicating with us.

·       Use our educational resources responsibly, understanding they do not replace professional advice.

5. Payment & Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital content and coaching services, we do not offer refunds. If you have any concerns, please contact us at contact@lipedemahealth.com.

6. Limitation of Liability
Lipedema Health is not responsible for outcomes related to insurance claims, medical treatments, or legal matters. We provide guidance, but ultimate responsibility lies with the client.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
